Ronald "Ron" Eugene Collins

     Ronald "Ron" Collins, 68, of Algoma, passed away, Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at home. 

     He was born Sept. 17, 1953, in Leavenworth, Kansas, to Howard and Rosalie (Jeannin) Collins.  Ron married Bridget Gallagher November 12, 1976, in Des Moines, Iowa.

     Ron worked various jobs throughout Kewaunee County and retired due to his health.

     Ron enjoyed drawing and geology.

     He is survived by his wife Bridget; daughter Abigail Bridges; one grandson Ethan; brother Howard "Keith" Collins (special friend Donna); sister Linda (Joe) Dahling; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Karen Collins and Brenda Collins, Michael Gallagher, Timothy Gallagher, Kathy (Don) Rupp, Molly (Lee) Weber, Patty (Randy) Nelson and Erin (Curt) Brace; many nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Robert Collins and Richard Collins, nephews Jay Collins and Carey Collins (Godson); in-laws Raymond Gallagher, Patricia Gallagher, brother-in-law Dennis Gallagher and sister-in-law Sheila Augustine. 

     In honor of Ron's wishes there will be no public service.
