Tim Arthur Lehmkuhl

Tim A. Lehmkuhl, 56, Algoma, passed away Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital after a loTing illness. He was born October 29, 1959 in Algoma to Virgil and Ardelle (Tuttle) Lehmkuhl. Tim graduated from the Algoma High School in 1978. He worked for a time at Jorn's in Sturgeon Bay in the body shop. Then he worked for Ron Olson doing car body work. Then he owned and operated his own body shop for a few years in Maplewood before becoming a truck driver for a commercial freight company. He earned safe driver awards and logged three million miles. Tim enjoyed his time spent with his family. He was the glue that kept his family together for all occasions and anything else having to do with family. He was always there the lend a hand to anyone who needed help. Tim also enjoyed hunting, fishing,restoring old cars and riding his Harley Motorcycle. Tim is survived by his finace' Marlene Scholz, his son Jesse, daughter Lea, one step daughter Bobbie Jo Scholz, step son Billy Scholz, one grandson Ayden Kerwin, his mother Ardelle Lehmkuhl, sisters Diane (Dennis) Anderegg, Lea Ann (Mark) Nelson, half brother Jack (Kaye) Lehmkuhl, uncle Wayne Tuttle and many other nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his dad, Virgil, half brother Jim Lehmkuhl aunt and uncle Gerald (Barbara) Tuttle, his close cousin Terry Tuttle and many other aunts and uncles.Friends may call at the SCHINDERLE FUNERAL HOME, Algoma from 4 - 7 pm, Friday, FEb. 12, 2016. There will be no formal services for Tim, just the visitation.Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Algoma.
