Robert "Bob" E. Crews, 75, Algoma, passed away Wednesday Nov. 17, 2021 in Fond du Lac. He was born in Granite City, IL to David and Dorothy (Gordon) Crews. Bob graduated from the Granite City High School and furthered his education by becoming a security guard.
He entered the U.S. Army on June 8, 1964 and served in Vietnam for two years and continued to serve for three more years. He was honorably discharged June 27, 1969.
Bob married Dorie Busse in Kewaunee on January 16, 2004.
Bob enjoyed being with his family, fishing and target shooting. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Algoma.
He is survived by his wife Dorie, one son Bob Jr., one daughter Lisa, one grandchild, two step sons Scott and Todd, one sister Joanne (Jim) Arnold and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one son Michael.
There will be a public visitation, Monday, November 29, 2021 from 12:00 PM until the time of services at 1:00 PM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Algoma, with Rev. John Moll and Rev. Joel McKenney officiating. Burial in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery.
