Paul Reinold Moss

Paul Reinold Moss, 80, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2026, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Born on February 26, 1946, in Los Angeles, California, Paul had just celebrated his 80th birthday. 

Paul served his country with honor in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Throughout his life, he held a variety of jobs, from Bell Captain at the Sheraton Hotel in Anaheim, to selling cars, driving buses, and working at a label company in Algoma, Wisconsin. He was a man who valued honest work and simple living. 

Above all, Paul was known as a photographer. Rarely seen without his camera, he found joy in capturing the beauty of everyday life, especially during his walks in nature. Whether it was a quiet trail, a fleeting moment of light, or a candid smile, Paul had a gift for seeing what others might miss. 

He was a kind and gentle man with a warm sense of humor. His family will fondly remember his dad jokes, his playful habit of pretending to trip, and the way he could bring laughter into even the simplest moments. He loved staying active and enjoyed playing tennis and pickleball. 

Paul was a man of strong Christian faith, which guided his actions and relationships. He devoted time to volunteering with prison inmates, offering encouragement, hope, and a path toward a better life through his faith. His compassion and belief in redemption left a lasting impact on many. 

He is survived by his children, Shelley Marie Rubach and Jeremy Charles Moss; his sister, Pam Tiedtke, and her family, Greg, Heather, and Amber and her son LJ; and his beloved grandchildren: Aidan Moss, Lucy Moss, MJ Rubach, and Issac Rubach. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marion Moss. 

Paul’s life was defined not by grand achievements, but by the quiet, meaningful ways he showed up for others, with kindness, faith, and a steady presence. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
