Matthew Wisnicky Obituary

Matthew D. Wisnicky, 30, passed away, Sunday Sept. 20, 2015 from a medical complication. He was born May 24, 1985 in Algoma to David and Kathryn (Delveaux) Wisnicky. Matt's love for the outdoors began at a young age as he grew up on his parent's farm, raising his cow 'Jerry Rice' and his beagle 'Lucky'. Matt shot his first deer at the age of 12 and his love for hunting grew from there. He spent much of his time in the woods planting food plots, shed hunting, and developing shooting lanes from his deer stands. Matt graduated from the Algoma High School and went to work at WS Packaging through the Right to Work program at school and was working there at the present time. His love for hunting led him to become a taxidermist and started his own business. Matthew married Amber Rollin in Green Bay on August 2, 2013. Together with their two children, they enjoyed spending time together camping and sharing his love for the outdoors.Matthew is survived by his wife Amber, his two children Madison and Bodie; his parents David and Kathy, Algoma; three brothers Rick (Corrine) Wisnicky, Sturgeon Bay; Troy (Debi) Krause, DePere; and Andrew Wisnicky, Algoma; father-in-law and mother-in-law Keith (Cherie) Rollin, Green Bay; one brother-in-law Adam Rollin, Madison; one sister-in-law Alicia (Andrew) Foy, Madison; nieces and nephews McKenzie Krause, Wyatt Foy, Casi Sobiesczyk and her son Liam and Keith Spencer; Grandpa Ray; his Godparents Jay Delveaux and Mary Ann Wisnicky; Godson Payton LeDocq; aunts, uncles, cousin and his 'first born son', Hunter.He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Frank (Dorothy) Wisnicky, maternal grandparents Milton (Mary Ann) Delveaux, one sister Tara Krause and one brother Zachary Wisnicky.Family and friends may call at the SCHINDERLE FUNERAL HOME, Algoma from 4 - 8 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015 and after 9 a.m., Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Algoma, until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ron Colombo and Deacon Chuck Agnew officiating. Prayer service 7:30 p.m.Thursday at the funeral home with Deacon Chuck Agnew. Burial in the church cemetery.In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established for their children's educational fund.Family and friends may sign the online guest book at www.schinderle.com
