Linda Marie Pavlik

Linda M Pavlik, 61, died Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 at St. Vincent Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 10, 1951 in Algoma to John and Frances (Freix) Piette. Linda graduated from St. Mary Catholic Grade School and the Algoma High School in 1969. She attended Cosmetology School and worked as a beautician for a short time. Linda married Lee Pavlik on July 29, 1972 at St. Mary Catholic Church. She then worked for a short time at Plumbers Woodwork in Algoma. After that Linda was a stay at home mom taking care of her three children. She was a member of St. Mary Church and the Belles of St. Mary Group. Linda is survived by her husband Lee, her three children Randy (Candace) Pavlik, Luxemburg; Kelly (Bill) Gregerson, Madison; and Carey Pavlik, Appleton; two grandchildren Emmett and Stella Gregerson; two brothers John C. (Linda) Piette, Hot Springs Village, AR; James Piette (Beth Larsen), Green Bay; two sisters Dianne (Michael) Burke, Oshkosh; and Teri (James) Graf, Algoma; three sisters-in-law Susan Piette, Oconto Falls; Marilyn (Kenneth) Baudhuin, Maplewood; and Mae Pavlik, Algoma; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Joseph, one sister-in-law Sharon Pavlik and brother-in-law Ron Pavlik. Family and friends may call at St. Mary Catholic Church, Algoma from 9 am, Friday, Sept. 13 until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM with Rev. William Swichtenberg officiating.
