Grace Orde Jonet, 88, Sturgeon Bay, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Wed. Nov. 27, 2013 at Golden Living-Dorchester. She was born Sept. 27, 1925 in Algoma to Berlin and Mina (Tebon) Peterson. Grace was a housekeeper at various businesses in Algoma for many years. She married Harvey Orde in Algoma on Oct. 16, 1948 and he preceded her in death on July 24, 1986. Grace later married Rienzi Jonet and he also preceded her in death. Grace enjoyed going out for long rides, going out to eat and listening to polka music on the radio. Grace is survived by her daughter Jean (Jerry) Jandrin, Sturgeon Bay; one son Allen Orde, Sturgeon Bay; 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and one brother Robert Peterson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, son Ronald Peterson and brother LeRoy Peterson. Family and friends may call at the SCHINDERLE FUNERAL HOME, Algoma, from 6 - 8 PM, Monday Dec. 2, 2013 and after 10 AM, Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM with Rev. William Swichtenberg officiating. burial in the church cemetery.
