Ernest (Ernie) Post, 89, Algoma, died Monday, April 28, 2014 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay. He was born May 29, 1924 in the Township of Ahnapee to Charles and Ida (Nell) Post.Ernie married June J. Busse on September 22, 1951. The couple owned and operated Post TV & Appliance in Algoma for over 50 years. After Ernie retired he opened the Grandma's Attic Antique Shop in Algoma. The couple would have celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary this September 22.Ernie is survived by his wife June, two sisters-in-law Viola Schley, Algoma area; Grace Foster, Mich.; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Helen Post and Laura Post and one brother Carl Post.Following the wishes of Ernie there will be no service.The SCHINDERLE FUNERAL HOME, Algoma, assited the family with arrangements.Famly and friends may sign the online guest book at www.schinderle.com
