Anthony Jon (Tony) Bennett

Anthony Jon (Tony) Bennett, 49, Algoma, died Wed. Oct. 4, 2017 at after a short battle with cancer. He was born Aug. 26, 1968 in Beaver Dam to Robert and Geraldine (Sperger) Bennett. the family had moved to Algoma and Tony graduated from the Algoma High School in 1986. Tony worked various jobs throughout his life with the most recent being a truck driver for Lakeshore Transport.Tony enjoyed his precious time with family, especially his grandson "tootsie roll" and other friends. Tony loved watching movies and he collected almost 500 DVD's over the years and had many favorite quotes including; "Alrighty Then", "It's kinda hot in this rhino", "There's no crying in baseball", "You're killing me smalls", and "Write that down".Tony is survived by his wife Kim, daughter Brittany and grandson Layken; one son Bryar all of Algoma; his mom Geri Bennett, DeForest, WI; brother Scott (Mary Kay) Bennett, Algoma: sister Chris (Matt) DeMeuse, DeForest; In-laws Norman (Sue) Paplham, Kewaunee; sisters-in-law Kari (Jim) Kustka and Kris (Paul) Olszewski all of Kewaune; brother-in-law Kory (Angie) Paplham, Sturgeon Bay; Godson Brandon Bennett and God daughter Olivia Olszewski. many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Robert, brother-in-law William Brusky Jr., Paternal and maternal grandparents,Family and friends may call at the SCHINDERLE FUNERAL HOME, Algoma, Tues.
